COURSE DESCRIPTION
Spirulina is a single cell protein and is one of the good food supplement as recommended by the World Health Organization. The export demand is quite good provided a proper scientific cultivation and packing methodology is followed.
This course will explain in details, the participant’s hands-on experience in cultivating the Spirulina, the various stages of its processing and testing, the help Government organizations like the Export Promotion Councils, ECGC, … etc.
